Medium- to full-bodied with chalky tannins, a delicate expression of dark fruit and violets, and a chalky finish. Great precision.
Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2025 La Vieille Cure rocks up with exuberant notes of plum preserves and stewed black cherries, followed by hints of Chinese five spice, cedar chest, and wet slate. The full-bodied palate has a solid structure of grainy tannins and refreshing acidity to support the taut, muscular black fruit, finishing savory.
